(Or better yet… Twinkle, Twinkle, Bright Shining Star!)
Matthew 5:14–16 (KJV)
“Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid… Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.”
You’re glowing my brother! You’re shining so bright my sister! I see you!
Isaiah 60:1 (KJV)
“Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee.”
Have you ever had someone say this to you? You walk into a room and suddenly all eyes are on you — and you’re standing there wondering, “What’s happening here? Why are they looking at me?”
You start checking your clothes… making sure nothing’s out of place.
You make sure nothing weird is coming out of your nose, no coffee stains, no wardrobe malfunctions — just trying to figure out what you missed.
But as I’m writing this, I hear the Lord whisper:
“Let your light forever shine in the midst of this dark world.”
Don’t dim your light.
Don’t shrink back.
Don’t apologize for the glory God placed in you.
When you walk into a room and everything suddenly hushes…
When conversations pause…
When people look at you with curiosity…
Stand tall.
Square your shoulders in humility.
And let the glory of the Lord shine in you and through you.
God wants to make His presence known — and sometimes He chooses to do that through you.
He wants to show Himself strong, but for that to happen, you must be willing to submit to the process of glowing in rooms you didn’t ask to be invited to.
You don’t always know the reason.
You don’t always understand the “why.”
But God does.
Your responsibility is simple:
Submit. Obey. And walk boldly through the doors only God could open.
Because when God shines through you, it’s not about you —
it’s about His glory being revealed in the earth.
⭐
Why do you shine?
Could it be that God wants your story told?
Your story of redemption…
Your story of transformation…
Your story of recovery…
Your story of healing…
Your story of breakthrough — even financial breakthrough…
People need to see what God can do — and often, He chooses to show it through you.
Why do you think you survived every test?
Why do you think you made it out of heartbreak, disappointment, mental pressure, physical setbacks, and traumas that should’ve broken you?
Chile… let the glory of the Lord shine through you.
He brought you through so you could shine for His glory.
When the Lord opens doors to boardrooms and sits you at the head of the table — SHINE.
Let the glory of God be revealed.
When the doctor gives you a good health report — SHINE.
Say boldly, “The Lord healed me.”
When your heart was broken but God mended it — and people ask why you’re not depressed — SHINE.
Tell them, “God restored me.”

Twinkle Twinkle Little Star is Not So Little
Everyone has a story — a testimony that no human can measure.
And every testimony reveals a different facet of God’s goodness.
This blog may have started as Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star,
but by the time God finished speaking…
It’s really Twinkle, Twinkle, Bright Shining Star!
⭐
Conclusion
You are not ordinary.
You are a light-carrier, a hope-giver, a purpose-walker.
You don’t just exist — you illuminate. Everywhere you go, something shifts. Atmospheres change. Hearts soften. Faith awakens.
No matter what surrounds you — confusion, fear, pressure, or even moments when you feel lost — your shine will always rise above it. Darkness can hover, storms can gather, and life can throw its weight at you, but it cannot extinguish what God placed inside of you.
Because He placed brilliance in you — brilliance that cannot be hidden, dimmed, or denied. A brilliance that shows up even when you don’t feel strong. Even when you feel tired. Even when you’re just trying to make it through the day. Your light isn’t powered by your emotions; it’s powered by the God who spoke galaxies into existence.
When others see a star, heaven sees a destiny.
People may see your glow… but God sees your assignment.
People may admire your shine… but God recognizes your purpose.
And even when you think you’re too small, too broken, too late, or too behind — God whispers, “You are exactly who I created for this moment.”
So shine.
Not because life is perfect,
but because you were born to light up places that forgot hope exists.
🙏
Closing Prayer
Father,
Thank You for placing Your light within us.
Help us to walk boldly in the glory You’ve assigned to our lives.
When we feel small, remind us that Your brilliance is our strength.
When we feel hidden, remind us that we are seen by heaven.
Let our lives bring You glory everywhere we go.
Illuminate every dark place around us.
Use our stories, our testimonies, and our journey to point others back to You.
And Lord — help us shine without fear, without apology, and without shrinking back.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
